I am a facilitator, coach, and bridge builder with a deep passion for helping individuals and collectives connect to Wholeness. My work is rooted in a simple yet profound question: What is possible for human beings and humanity when we dare to truly listen—to ourselves, to each other, and that which wants to emerge in this moment?

Where I Come From

From a young age, I was fascinated by the intricate dynamics of relationships and the unspoken layers beneath words. My parents' divorce made me realize I didn’t know what I felt, what I needed, and certainly not how to communicate all of this. At 17, physical pain led me to start meditating. The immediate relief I experienced planted a seed for a journey of deepening presence. Two years later, at 19, I discovered the book Nonviolent Communication on my mother’s bookshelf. I was intrigued. It gave me answers I was looking for, ways to express myself. I dove into NVC, continuing to study and deepen my understanding of it intensely over the next decade. Alongside this, I also began exploring other practices that resonated with NVC, further expanding my tools for self-awareness and relational growth. After completing my Political Science degree at the University of Amsterdam, I traveled to Buddhist monasteries, immersed myself in courses on consciousness practices, and lived in intentional communities. By the age of 26, I had begun teaching my own courses in connective communication. These experiences deepened my curiosity and commitment to exploring the dynamics of connection, emergence, and leadership through transformative practices like Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Bodywork, consent decision making and Circling. My journey has been one of continuous learning on the edge of the unknown. I see any moment as a moment of practice; in which we can step into who we want to be, meeting life beyond right and wrong.

At the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to integrity, connection and presence. I believe this is where the power of humanity lies. Becoming truly present to what's here, and sourcing new ways of being that go beyond what we can imagine. And through that, creating a world that works for all life.

This is why I'm here. Creating generative spaces for groups, teams and individuals to step into their truth, discover clarity, feel deeply seen and heard, and discover new ways of being. I have a natural ability to create environments of trust and possibility, where people can explore, experiment, and together practice bringing the new world into being.

If any of this resonates, I would love to connect with you. Until then, I hope we all wil keep walking to that more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.

In reverence to the mystery of life,

Emma

Kind words

Marina L., Italy

Emma, you exude confidence and welcoming while still feeling vulnerable and real to me. The topics of your courses challenge me to look through a new lens in a way that feels deeply inspiring. Thank you!

Enrique F., U.K.

Emma's sessions are highly beneficial. She has a strong and deep presence that feels solid, soothing and grounding. She also has a rare combination of gifts where she is able to be really allowing and giving space when required, and also bring a crystal clear focus when is needed.

I highly recommend working with her.

Janna M., Netherlands

What I experienced was such a nourishing space. I got a lot of inspiration. Before this course I felt so exhausted and had troubles in my relationship. Now I feel connected to my own luminosity, hope and the future we really want to create. It feels so beautiful, tangible and reachable. I loved this space so much... thank you Emma. Wow, really amazing. I want to learn what you do.
